Chateaubriand

“The Best of the Best”

Chateaubriand is cut from the barrel of the tenderloin and

 is slow-roasted to achieve a melting texture with fine flavor.

To accompany this marvel, the Great French Chefs have created

a sauce of magnitude and dignity: Chateaubriand sauce.  Finally,

they garnish the dish with the humble potato and caramelized onions.
